Lumes Pancake House

Ask for Danielle!! I visited Sunday morning and was very pleased with my service!! The food in itself was great, but Danielle was absolutely amazing. From the time we were seated until our exit...absolutely amazing! She was attentive, but not overbearing. She was polite and welcoming. There are so many great things I can say about Danielle. This was my first time at Lumes, but Danielle definitely made me add this to my breakfast "go-to" list! Thank you Danielle for being such an amazing waitress. Your kindness did not go unnoticed!

#66/2023 Lumes pronounced (LOOMS) is a regional Chicago area based breakfast/lunch chain similar to like Original Pancake House and Blueberry Hill cafes. Founded in the early 90s they have expanded to all directions around the Chicago suburbs with one location in the city. That one of course made news back in the covid days with a tragedy that at least they've gotten over. Like any classic breakfast place it's pretty much all the same full menus loads of selections from omelets to pancakes to crepes to waffles. August 31 2023 Walking into the Orland Park location it was pretty crowded but they seated me quickly. I looked at the menu and decided on getting just a classic eggs benedict potatoes and some extra Hollandaise. Quality of the food was good It's like any other place anymore your days of 599 breakfasts are gone it's going to cost you about 20 bucks anymore no matter where you are it seems. Just the nature of the beast. Waitress kept my coffee refilled. I will probably return here again we have so many different ones around the area where I live for choices. Although on the back of one of the tickets there's also a Lumes breakfast Cafe that is not listed in Willowbrook because they have old pads in stock basically for years and they're not going to make a new printing of them just for that lol but there is one in Willowbrook.

I love their crepes. They taste sweet and perfect thickness. I usually get the combo but I totally recommend the apple cinnamon stuffing. Services were very respectful. No one rushed me to finish my food. I had a great time with my friend as it was her first time there.

Lovely place and great menu. Service very attentive despite how busy they are. Weekends are insane so they hold to 90 minute table limit.

Great food! I come here for breakfast and lunch often. They have a specials menu that is different from their other locations with tons of delicious options. My favorite is the Turkey panini. I also love their ranch dressing. It's made fresh there and it's SO good with the fries. I love lumes in Orland and highly recommend when you're in the Orland Park area!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience here. We came in around 7:40am while I was waiting to get my car serviced so it was pretty empty and we were served right away and the waitress was very friendly and attentive. The portions were very nice for the price and we were able to take some leftovers home and everything was very flavorful.
